This class is an amazing opportunity to really invest in your most important resource, yourself!

Pregnancy

Thoughtfully designed to support and care for you through every stage. Pregnant clients are welcome to join classes until their 13th week. For those continuing their Pilates practice, a private 1-on-1 session is required to learn important modifications, ensuring safety and optimising benefits. This personalised approach provides you with the ability to safely rejoin group classes.

Baby Friendly

Reformer Pilates tailored for mums! Our Baby-Friendly (under 12 months) class allows bringing your little one along as you ease back into exercise. With a focus on gentle movements that rejuvenate and refresh, this class offers a supportive environment for both you and your baby. Children must be brought in a capsule or pram.
