Each $70 session is led by Madeleine or Mia – experienced, thoughtful trainers who know how to meet you exactly where you are. With years of teaching under our belts and a passion for helping people feel strong, we create a space that’s supportive, personalised, and empowering.

Perfect for postpartum recovery (from 10 weeks, with GP or women’s physio clearance) or for anyone seeking a safe, supportive entry point into movement.

Ideal for pregnant clients over 13 weeks—this session is required before returning to group classes for your safety and confidence.
