Co Director & Instructor
Madeleine Palmer
Madeleine is the co-owner of Mint Studios and a dedicated reformer pilates instructor. After falling in love with pilates six years ago, she turned her passion into a lifestyle and has been teaching for two years. Known for her warmth and friendliness, Mads goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome in her classes. She’s committed to creating a safe space for people to move, offering strong, simple, and effective class plans. Outside of pilates, she has a love for spicy food and her Groodle girl, Poppy.

Co Director & Instructor
Mia Palmer
Mia is the co-owner of Mint Studios and is a full time Pilates lover. She found her passion after her first class eight years ago and has never looked back. After managing multiple studios, she has jumped to the next big challenge, opening her own studio. She's a family girl and loves Warragul, her fur baby Zimi (sister of Poppy) and a 6am Reformer class. Always there providing a spicy class, as well as being up for a giggle or chat about anything. You can catch her answering any of your Q's about Mint Studios.

Instructor
Ella Clancy
Ella is a Warragul girly studying to be a teacher with a passion for the beach, her two pugs and of course Pilates. Her passion for Pilates was ignited through a background in dance. Ella loved how it taught her to connect her mind and body, as well as strengthening muscles. She loves ending with a slow cool down, including gentle stretches and deep breaths to allow people to calm down and reset before or after their busy days. Expect Ella's classes to be motivating, seamless and with lots of progressions! She promises you’ll love it.

Instructor
Sarah Hood
Sarah fell in love with pilates after taking her first class back in 2020 and decided to pursue studying to take the passion further. "Everyone deserves some time out of their day for themselves, and I can’t help but feel special when people choose to share that time with me". You’ll see Sarah having a bit of a laugh and boogie around the studio while clients are getting through their spicy lunge series. Outside of pilates she's always snuggling up to her pup, Squish or having a couple of cheeky cocktails.

Instructor
Melissa Blizzard
Mel was a paramedic in Warragul for nearly 12 years before making a career switch. She fell in love with pilates 9 years ago after experiencing a back injury, and fell in love with how it helped both her body and her (very busy!) mind. She's a big fan of a plank-pike combo and any spinal rotation, so expect plenty of these! Mel is a busy mum of 2 young daughters and when she isn't busy running them around, you'll find her reading or enjoying a good coffee. She's also never met a spicy margarita she didn't like!

Instructor
Meg Emery
With a background in dance, yoga, and a love for dance floors, Meg was instantly inspired by her first Pilates class four years ago. She blends strength and softness in every session—moving seamlessly from deep burns to gentle, restorative flows. With a strong focus on breath-work and fluid movement, Meg aims to leave clients feeling revitalised in both body and mind. She’s passionate about crafting immersive experiences that fuse movement, music, and social connection—guiding you to tune into all your senses.

Instructor
Larissa Kidman
Mum of ten & Glam-ma, now calling Traralgon home after moving from Sydney. She loves a great Classic Margarita, holding the spice unless we’re in the studio. Her love of mindful movement began with Yoga over 20 years ago, but after a back injury during pregnancy, Pilates became a powerful part of her healing and she's never looked back. As a mum who's been through multiple pregnancies, Larissa deeply connects with women at all stages of motherhood and believes movement should support you through every chapter of life.

Instructor
Dottie O'Connor
Dot is a digital marketing girly and Pilates lover with a passion for movement. She’s dabbled in just about everything from triathlons, horse riding, netball, and women’s footy, and now loves bringing that strength and variety into her Pilates sequences. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll spot her hanging out with her sausage dogs Trevor and Susan, cooking something new, caravanning, or with a good book in hand.

Instructor
Alyssa Hobson
Alyssa who you may recognise from our local latte spot Frankies is someone we couldn’t be more excited to support on her Pilates journey. She’s incredibly passionate and has a deep care for looking after people and making them feel confident. Outside of classes, you can spot her either beach hopping or shopping. Alyssa is also a nurse in the making and keen to further her learning around health and wellness.

Instructor
Keelan McMahon
Keelan has been doing Pilates for 4 years now and absolutely loves it. For her, it’s more than just exercise, it’s time to switch off, listen to music and focus on movement. She loves being able to give clients that same space to move, reset and feel stronger in both bodies and minds. When Keelan isn't working, she's usually out and about with family and loves music so there’s always a good playlist on to match her mood.

Instructor
Tanita Bow
Tanita is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor who has been teaching Pilates for over five years. Modifications are her bread and butter, so you’ll always feel safe & supported in her classes. She’s a family girl who loves spending time with friends and her sweetheart golden retriever Laz. Always up for a chat and a laugh, Tanita will have you wondering whether you love her or hate her but you’ll be back for more either way.

Instructor
Paige Spinks
Her Pilates journey started three years ago when she fell in love with feeling stronger inside and out! (Fun fact: Mia was one of her first instructors). Paige is now a Pilates Instructor and a Mum to an awesome little man. Her sessions always kick off with breath-work and flow into thoughtful movement focused on building strength, mobility and functional body awareness. Bonus: expect feel-good, throwback playlists that make moving even more fun!

Instructor
Paris Werner
Paris is a high school teacher by day, soon-to-be Pilates instructor by night (and mum very soon… baby boy arriving this June!!) She loves vizslas, iced lattes, a sweet treat, a good TV show and a little bit of retail therapy. Paris also loves to travel and was lucky enough to spend time living in London with her partner. She's taken a few classes on the schedule before bubs arrives and then set to really sink her teeth into teaching once he’s here. Favourite Pilates move (and what you can always expect) = any sort of squat!

General Manager
Tyler Palmer
The third Palmer in the mix, Tyler is our go-to behind the scenes marketing guru. After years of working in family businesses and being Mads' #1 class attendee, it's about time he was part of a family business of his own. You'll find him breathing a sigh of relief when class is over, leaving coffee cups in random places in the studio and sending annoying irrelevant spreadsheets to the team.
